Was all going well until demand for payment on the day of completion, which was very aggressive and threatening, including the line “I’ll strip those panels from the roof if you don’t pay me right now”. Most reputable companies provide an invoice and allow up to 28 days for payment. I was asked for the full amount before even receiving an invoice. They then sat in their van parked outside the house until we had paid in full. £1200 for fixing 5 conservatory roof panels feels excessive too. More...
