I have been offering hypnotherapy and psychotherapy to clients for the past 35 years. I have worked within the NHS and continue to run a successful private practice.
Clients come to me with all sorts of different aspects in their life that they want to change including: smoking and other unwanted habits, weight loss, phobias, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, sleep problems and more.

Hypnotherapy

My husband & I both had hypnotherapy for weight loss after I had such amazing success with Jim to stop smoking with his hypnotherapy. Again, Jim was brilliant & took time to get to know my husband, he seemed like an old friend to me anyway. Since having the hypnotherapy we have both lost weight & it has changed our eating habits for the better. We are no longer over eating & having to clear a plate of food! We are without realising just choosing smaller portions of food & eating intentionally! Things we have both struggled with in the past! I can’t recommend Jim highly enough! More...

Hypnotherapy

Lovely fellow ,did what he said he would do, talked about smoking and effect of smoking .
But unfortunately i didnt stop smoking . Trying a different way now.

Hi John and thank you for this review. I am sorry that you are still smoking, this is upsetting and obviously unusual, as I would not get the large amount of referrals I do if my clients were not successful. As we discussed, there is a misconception that many people think that hypnosis takes things away (like smoking). What hypnosis does is gives you the options, tools and motivation to help you to succeed. This way it becomes permanent easy and enjoyable and you can take the credit and pride of success.

Jim was very engaging & I liked that he supplied information & reached out to me. Everything was well planned & information given. The day of the appointment went well, I had some IT issues but he worked around this & sent out another link. The hypnotherapy worked amazingly well. I’ve had no cravings for a cigarette & I smoked between 30-40 cigarettes daily for many years! I smell better, I feel better & I have a heap more time with my family! All thanks to Jim! Phobias can be about anything. I have seen people with phobias rPhobias can be about anything.
