Working with JFCA Healthcare Ltd had opened, broaden and sharpen my cleaning skills in many aspect.Having to go to different client homes to clean has given me a General and specific approach to each home has they come.
At JFCA Healthcare Ltd, we are always shown that working hard is not just enough but working smart and on time makes the difference. The Manager has been an inspiration to us all,making sure we are OK at work and even after,she finds out how the job went and any difficulties faced,we let her know,so there are room for either improvements or more training.
It's a listening company,whenever we the staff speak,the company listens and tries to find a balance in addressing each situation as it comes.
