From what l have read about the guidelines of what steps you need to meet to be fulfill the to be able to get the HOLD Scheme l meet them 1) l never taken part in the buy of a property so l am a first time buyer 2)lm 56 3) l have little of my own funds about from partners how offer some help 4)l have a long term disability and l am highly unlikely to be in the position to afford a property of my own 5)l could be completely wrong but their might be some kind of compensation from my home association 6) but l don’t have a clue where to start
