How long have you been in business?
I have worked in the domiciliary care industry for 10 years, I started as a care assistant then worked my way up to Registered Manager, I have completed my NVQ Level 3 and 5 in Health and Social Care. I am very knowledgeable about safeguarding, pressure sores, dementia. I am trained to use hoists and other moving and handling equipment. I am registered on the DBS update service.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Yes, I supply all my own PPE, this includes Gloves, aprons, uniform, shoe covers if required for the preference of the client.
What do you love most about your job?
To enable clients to remain in their own home and to have quality care.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Working in the industry for 10 years and knowing how much I love doing the job.
