Jess has been the key driver in every aspect of our brand, she developed mix of colours, font and style to suit our concept of portraying a luxurious and timeless looking company.
Not only did she create our whole shopping website, and looks after the every day running of the site, completing orders, updating stock and doing monthly edits. She also looks after all print and digital copy, aswell as running our Etsy shop, ensuring our SEO is on point to reach our target audience and manages our social media channels, including product photography, influencer collaborations and content creation.

To me, a great website really isn't hard to achieve. There are only 3 things you need to wow your customers and that's 1. Simple Organisation 2. Great Aesthetics and 3. Easy Navigation
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
Before starting a project I like to find out exactly what the client is hoping to achieve in the short term and long term, the hurdles they are trying to tackle and the visions they have in their minds. Many clients see what they want in their head but have no idea how to do it, I find out who they are & what they represent and create a personalised plan.
What do you love most about your job?
I enjoy working on multiple projects at a time, meeting new people and learning about their businesses, I also love the fact I can bring the ideas have in their minds alive!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I absolutely love to be able to work with more than one group of people at a time, working for myself allows me to organise my own work schedule to suit different clients' needs.
