We had our kitchen provided and fitted by this lovely family run company, they couldn't do enough for us, they went step by step through the plans for our kitchen, we changed our minds numerous times on the design, which wasnt a problem with jdc. .the fitters arrived spot on time and finished the job to a really high standard, finishing earlier than they estimated..we now have our dream kitchen, and would like to thank jdc for a fantastic professional job. We had looked at so many different bathrooms and tiles and decided to choose JDC after reading their great reviews. We were not disappointed!

Jennie helped us choose exactly what we wanted, providing a few different ideas which enhanced our finished design.

Having no bathroom during the project was always going to be inconvenient, but the JDC team made sure there was as little disruption to our family life as possible.

Les and Jamie worked with us on what we wanted during the installation and any issues which arose were fixed calmly and with no fuss.

We are very happy with the finished product; it puts a smile on our faces every time. Everyone has commented that the quality of workmanship is outstanding.

Having previously fitted my own bathrooms I was worried that someone else wouldn't live up to my expectations - I was wrong. Jeff has the same attention to detail and quickly produced a 3D design, which allowed us to visualise the end result. Jennie was also able to work with our budget and recommend alternative products where possible.

Les and Jamie then installed our bathroom to a very high standard, on time and to the agreed fixed price. They were very polite and kept the place clean and tidy. Sending in a cleaning company at the end was also a nice touch.

The attention to detail is amazing - things like: tiling to minimise joints / cuts, finishing off hidden areas, fitting isolation valves etc. Dave also did a great job with the electrics and ensured that the transformers are hidden, but accessible.

We will definately be using JDC for our ensuites. I can't recommend them enough! More...

JDC have totally transformed our ensuite from a room we hated ever since moving into our house, into an amazing bathroom making the most of a small space. Very professional, prompt service, lots of advice to help us select the right tiles etc., lovely guys doing the installation who tidied up at the end of each day. We thought we knew what we wanted in a new bathroom, but Jeff gave us new ideas we had just not considered and Jennie was a great help with our selections. The lads did a fantastic job installing everything and we even had three cleaning ladies at the end to give it a real sparkle. We now have a stunning bathroom. JDC completed our ensuite and family bathrooms in November 2014. Whilst they are not the cheapest in the market we are extremely pleased with the work that they have undertaken and found the whole team to be friendly, helpful, prompt and a pleasure to have around the house. If you are considering a new bathroom I would certainly recommend that you speak to Jeff and the team.
Things we liked:
- minimal mess and disruption
- promot and reliable
- friendly and a pleasure to have around the house
- quality workmanship
- helpful support and advice on design and decor
- the little touches... like alcove lighting

Things we didn't like:
- we had some mis-communiction in getting a couple of small defects seen to, but this was resolved and all the work is completed with profuse apologies from Jeff and the team. More...

Just had our bathroom completed by JDC Ceramics wow what a great job!
From meeting Jeff and Jennie in the show room, from planning to installation nothing was too much trouble and they really do have a great team.

They all worked so hard and we are thrilled with our new bathroom it looks fantastic!

We had Jeff and Jennie design and install our downstairs cloakroom last year, then our en-suite in January this year. We were so made up with both jobs, the quality of goods and workmanship is so high.
When it cam to a new main bathroom we looked no further than JDC.
Jeff called at our home to take measurements and listen to our 'wish list' and a few days later invited us to the showroom to show us his designs - boy - out of this world.
His team of workers have become good friends and that is how they treat your property - your home - with great care.
Nothing is too much trouble for the workers and if you do have any problem, ( we had one very small problem 4 months after our en-suite was installed) Jeff and Jennie are so approachable and caring, they will make it their personal job to ensure it is put right as soon as possible, to your complete satisfaction.
If you want an excellent job, with a great finish, pay that bit more and have JDC do the job for you - you will not be disappointed. More...

We are absolutely delighted with the bathroom. The finish and level of service met and exceeded our extremely high expectations.

Thanks for all you help and support during the design and planning stage. Thanks also for saving us from "Shower Curtain Gate!"

Everyone we have dealt with has been extremely professional, friendly and nothing appeared to be too much trouble when we had questions, needed clarification or small adjustments were necessary. They kept us fully informed and involved when decision on preferences were needed.

All of your team that we met (Bill, Sam, Dave and Pip) have been great.

Obviously we need to make a special reference to Les and Keiran. They have been outstanding and despite the normal disruption associated with such a major job they have made the whole experience and process run as smoothly as possible. Their level of workmanship has been fantastic. They were also really polite, a small but vital element that is often lacking these days.

Once again many thanks. We certainly made the right decision in choosing your company for this project.

We look forward to being in the position to use your company again in the future to replace our downstairs cloakroom and then kitchen.

I'm absolutely thrilled with my new "spa" bathroom it's fantastic exactly what I'd hoped for. The workmanship is of a really high standard and all the guys Andy, Wayne, John, Dave Sean were all so professional and did a first class job. It was an extremely difficult job but they worked so hard to find solutions to every problem that arose and consulted me every step if the way to make sure I was happy nothing was too much trouble. They were a great bunch of guys, polite, professional and really put me at ease and we had a few laughs along the way too. Right from the planning with Jenni and Jeff the service, advice and recommendations were spot on and I couldn't be happier with the end result. Even sending in cleaners at the end to ensure the bathroom looked its best ready for me to enjoy. We looked at a number of bathroom fitters in our local area and JDC were by far the most professional from early discussions to final fitting.
From our first visit to the showroom Sue was very helpful in offering advice then our planned visit with Jeff & Jennie was very open and honest with all areas (inc costs) fully explained.
The two fitters Les & Jamie worked so hard during the fitting with minimal disruption.
We made a couple of changes to our planned fit and they were completed without any issues
We are so pleased with our new ensuite and would not hesitate to recommend JDC Ceramics, as they were recommended to us by a couple of our friends.
