How long have you been in business?
Whilst the company is relatively new I have been in the Roofing Trade for 15 years. Our experienced roofers have been roofing over 30 years giving us a great wealth of knowledge.
What guarantee does your work come with?
All our work is guaranteed. This can either be through ourselves or for a small fee we can offer an Insurance Backed Guarantee through The Confederation Of Roofing Contractors.
What do you love most about your job?
There are many things that I love about Roofing and running this company. My main love is meeting customers and getting to know them. Seeing their face when they see the finished Roof is something me and my team take a massive satisfaction in achieving. I also love how we are steadily growing and evolving the company. 2 years ago it was just me and my brother but now we have a team of 10 Roofers, 1 Contracts Manager, 1 Admin and myself as the Director.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Whilst I enjoyed my time working for companies I always felt as though something was missing. My drive to push myself and other further lead me to take the plunge and start up my own company, whilst it has been tough at times it has now turned out to be the best decision I have ever made.
Why should our clients choose you?
I feel clients should choose us because all my team have the same work ethic as me 'lets give the customer the wow factor' each job has our 100% care and affection. We use only quality materials and try and offer our services at affordable rates. When quoting for jobs we try to get to know our customers which in turn lets us understand their needs and goals with the project. We always offer the customers options rather then just one price, this I feel is extremely important as at the end of the day it's the customer who should choose not us.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We currently do not enter the houses unless safe to do so. All the staff have Masks, gloves where needed. We have broken the teams down to gangs of 2 and have kept all the teams the same so they are not mixing with each other. All staff are updated weekly to any changes to the government guidelines and we ensure we follow them strictly. Safety of our teams and customers is at our forefront and we strive everyday to ensure this continues.

Some tradesman will always push for more work. We promise to never carry out any unnecessary works. Sometimes a simple Slate or Tile replacement is all that's necessary to get your home back in the dry.
