What’s your signature dish?
Our signature dish are chilli prawns served with salad/rice/tacos/sandwich served with home made crab mayonnaise
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We always listen to what customer like and go from there. We create the menu according to customers needs. We are very creative team, so we do not follow what we have done in the past only. We are very open minded.
What do you love most about your job?
Creating something from nothing and entertain people. Seeing happy faces and happy stomach is our goal.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I love cooking and i used to play in theatre. I kind I of feel like every event is a little bit of a show from our side.
Why should our clients choose you?
We use only fresh ingredients and are open to any suggestions and enquiries. So we do not dictate, we listen and deliver.

We can do online wine tastings. When we can send the wine to the customer and do the wine education over the zoom.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We use sanitisers and clean our service area all the time.
