My Mum has come over to you for her Care plan and she is so Happy the carers that come to mum are so lovely and the office staff are so helpful i should have done it a long time ago but now i have peace of mind that mum is cared for like she deserves Thankyou all at J&C ❤️

do not use this company to care for your loved ones !!! Marie ball is a monster who should not be in care work, she's vile and disgusting she gives 0 respect and is currently under police investigation for a serious offence! j&c health care are aware of this but keep her on the books anyway! someone needs to stop this woman & company' I've just filed a complaint with the CQC regarding this! This company is the best company I have worked for, the team work is unbelievable we all get along and there is no the office and and carers as the office staff put themselves out to and help out when needed. I have never been so appreciated for the work I do. it's great rates of pay, I get same runs each week, the only time I have a gap is if a client is in hospital or have left, but it's soon filled again. we have lovely clients and I have good repore with them on even if I've covered another carers run. There has been times I can't work and it's been covered. I would highly recommend this company as the managers, staff and client are just wonderful 😀 More...
