I recently utilised the services of JBS Lettings having been referred by a friend. Having never rented out a property before, Jack was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful in putting us at ease by always being on hand when we had any questions. This enabled us to get all the documentation required pretty quickly and allowed us to get the property on the market and get tenants in as soon as we moved out. Whilst we had a number of applications to rent the property out, Jack was very understanding that we wanted the right tenants for our property that would look after and value it. Therefore when the list of applicants came through, he made suggestions on who would be the best fit to allow us to make our own decision on who should move in.
