House Cleaning

Made a booking for a end of tenancy cleaning. Simply they didn't show up, try to call, call rejected, message on WhatsApp, answer was they forgot to book me in.
Realy!! I need to clean and leave the house in one day, and they forgot to book me in for a end of tenancy cleaning? What am I suppose to do now? Shame on you, very disappointed More...
