Which is why I offer a free, no obligation 15 minute chat on the phone,face to face or on Zoom to get some idea of where you are with things & we can decide together what might be the best way forward for you.
If you decided to work with me a full one hour face to face session costs £45
or a 40 minute face to face or Zoom session is £30.

Many different reasons bring people to counselling – often anxiety & confusion – so I offer a safe, non-judgemental space where you can speak freely & explore those things at a pace that feels right for you.
Sometimes life events can leave you feeling lost, lonely, worried & afraid with no clear way forward. Talking to a counsellor, rather than a friend or family member, means you can be who you are & say what you want without worrying about what might happen afterwards.

Open discussion in a supportive counselling relationship can often help clear the way for choosing different ways to lead our lives. I'm happy to input & explore ideas & discuss possibilities which can help promote growth & change to get you where you want to be.
Sometimes even just one or two sessions can be enough to brainstorm ideas, change thought patterns & uncover ways to move forward.

I qualified as a counsellor in 2006 & over the last 17 years have supported people with a range of issues including loss & bereavement at a Hospice, those with MS & also 12 years as a counsellor with Macmillan Counselling Services at Eastbourne DGH working with people with cancer & their family members. Issues included self- perception & perception by others, anxiety, self-esteem, body image, relationships, money worries & fear of the future.
I am a fully insured member of the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (MBACP) & abide by their Code of Ethics. I have regular supervision to ensure a safe practice.
