Counselling and Psychotherapy
My main role is to listen. I offer a safe space, free from judgement, where you can talk freely. Everything we discuss will be kept confidential. As a trained therapist, I’ll act as your guide, gently steering you through your counselling journey.
Together, we’ll get to the root cause of what’s holding you back.
I’m an integrative therapist, which means I welcome a wide range of clients. I actively engage with my clients and draw from a range of therapeutic practises, using those which are best suited to each individual and the particular problem they’re facing. Below are just a few of the reasons you might come to me for counselling:
You have anxiety, depression or OCD
You’re a member of the LGBTQ+ community and have experienced discrimination and internalised shame
You have a long-term health condition, such as MS or HIV and are working through what that means to you
You feel unheard or misunderstood
You’re a survivor of childhood abuse or domestic violence
You’re being brought down by grief
You’re tackling addictions
You feel like you keep making the same mistakes in relationships or at work
