I am a Mental Health Practitioner and a qualified Clinical Supervisor trained in the NHS. I am qualified in Low Intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Solution Focused Hypnotherapy and a registered professional with the NCH and AfSFH.
