We have found Jalpa a great help. She is a very pleasant and efficient career, and has a very calm personality. in the 45 minutes she has with us each evening she gets Kay ready for bed, organises her bedroom, and prepares her clothes for the next day. Jalpa was night and sometimes day sitting for my mother, always arriving about 10- 15 mins before her required time making sure she was prepared to start on time. Jalpa is very considerate to the needs of her clients likes and dislikes. She has a kind, quiet, calming personality and quickly takes control of any situation. Jalpa would help my mother dress ready for bed around 10.30 p.m., during the night she would escort mum to the bathroom attending to her needs then back to bed. What do you love most about your job?
I love working as a carer because I'm able to make a positive change in my client's life and promote independent living.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was been offered my first private package as the client and her family absolutely loved the level the service they received from me after being neglected by their care company.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have genuine interest in making a positive change in my client's life. I go above and beyond to achieve that. I have background in pharmacy and risk assessment which enables me to tailor-made the care plan for my client to a premium standard.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I use all the necessary PPEs when required. Also I encourage my clients to follow good hygiene habits to stay healthy.
