What do you love most about your job?
I am passionate and love reaping the rewards of achieving positive transformations in my clients. When their thinking shifts and they start taking action out of courage and boldness towards their life's goals. I love meeting new people and the wonderful professional and interpersonal relationships I make with individuals from all walks of life and backgrounds. I also have seen countless clients, time and time again, achieve fabulous life-changing results directly due to my interventions - so it proves that life coaching truly is effective and does indeed work.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started my own business out of the reason of wanting to empower others to live their best lives. I believe everyone deserves to live their best lives, no matter their age, past experience and current situation. You will move forward and I will help you to do that.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Taking precautions for hygiene by using hand-gel before and after sessions; may wear a mask if a client prefers this safety measure to be in place during a meeting. This can be negotiated prior to our meeting.

1:1 Mental Health Counselling (1 hour)
You will receive 1 hour of Mental Health Counselling, and will have the time to explore your anxieties, worries, feelings, areas of personal concerns, such an anxiety, depression, experiences of discrimination.
