What do you love most about your job?
Seeing the change in people as they are heard and accepted for who they are. Seeing them grow and move forward with the confidence to make choices that fit with their real selves.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I feel that counselling, for me, has been a calling and now is the right time for me to be able to fully focus on my lifes ambition of being a therapist.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have a natural acceptance of people no matter what they bring to sessions. It is important to me that my clients feel safe and comfortable during the counselling process. I bring my life experiences and my training to my work with my clients.
Personality disorders
I work with many issues and have an interest in personality disorder traits. I feel that my experience of living with past family members who had traits of PD and my further training in this area gives me a deeper understanding of clients everyday problems.
As a person-centred therapist I am committed to working with the person and not the label of the 'disorder'.
