I had my hair done by Tash in November and I was so happy with the experience. Tash was so lovely taking time to do a consultation and show me the colour book to get the right colour and her and Edita did a really lovely job of cutting my hair too. I've had my haircut 4 times by Fallon now and the service and quality of cut is impeccable. Everybody who works there seems particularly friendly and polite, and easy to chat to. One of just three best mens hairdressing places I have been to (the rest have all been average or bad). Stylist is welcoming and very knowledgeable, really good in creating conversation too. They give you tips on how to style your hair, make you feel welcome to come in at any time for advice. One of the few times I've come out of a hairdressers looking good and feeling confident! I'm New to Jack's and personally I find it very inviting and the staff are friendly and have excellent knowledge in what they do. My haircut by a friendly girl called nicki made me feel really comfortable and at ease and I left with a faultless haircut for the first time ever! I visited the salon in mid July for a full head of highlights before my holiday. Firstly, I will say that my stylist, Warren, was excellent.
He was extremely patient, offered useful advice and made sure that I was fully satisfied with my experience before finishing.
The only reason it is not a 5 star for me is due to the hidden costs. I booked online for a 'full head of highlights', the price was reasonable, including the 20% off for new customers, so was happy to go forward with the booking. However, later I was told that this did not include a blow dry and was informed that I would be charged an extra £25 just for a blow dry. I explained that due to being a student, I was on a budget and could not pay this extra cost. Fortunately, Warren was very cooperative and offered a 'blast dry' (quick blow dry with no styling) as an alternative, as I simply couldn't leave the salon with wet hair.
My only advice to the salon would be to make sure your prices are more clear on the website so customers do not feel misled.
Despite this, I couldn't be happier with the job Warren did with my hair and would recommend him to anyone I know.

Called up on the day for an appointment and got one for 30 mins later. 25% off my first cut a loyalty app for future discounts as well as 50% off for NHS staff. They also mentioned a 20% student discount but this doesn't apply to me. For a mens cut it was excellent, quick and efficient with a barber that was clearly knowledgeable and got a clear idea of what I wanted from the start. Love the decor too! More...

Just had a restyle and Olaplex treatment for my hair. Don't usually review but I really appreciated the good service and how much better my hair looked. It had been left really damaged by a bad perms and was in a state. My stylist Edyta was really friendly and offered a lot of advice on how to care for my hair and what products to use and how to style it, much more than the place that actually bungled it had offered.Definetly be going back.
