Q&As

The contact/understanding feeling between me and the client during moments of new understanding is something that cannot be described... it's a bit like when the client makes a new discovery about themselves, I find out more about me too. It's something we both know in that moment and we validate each other.

I have spent most of my working career juggling a full-time job with raising children, volunteering for charitable organisations, working part-time for other public sector or charitable organisations and studying to gain qualifications as a therapist. There's nothing I would have changed about my journey. I'm now setting myself up for a lifestyle change and transition to retirement. To live my life in my own way and without the responsibility of having children to care for, I'm starting now as an entrepreneur and coach - which is so exciting!

With so many years of experience my ability to help is proven and Bark clients can be confident that if their commitment is serious, they will get results from us working together.

Bark clients will choose me after reviewing what they see here and my website if it resonates with them, and if the experience or background I have resonates with them.

Currently my services are only available online (zoom). I'll amend here when the future for meeting people is more certain. I work with people across the world anyway and will relocate outside UK shortly, so my decision to work remotely is based on that, really.

Having worked mostly with people physically in the room for 25+ years and now working entirely online, I'm personally confident great work can be achieved this way. This keeps us all covid19 safe, of course.
