What’s your signature dish?
Anything cooked over charcoal! Be it meat on the bone, whole fish or incredible vegetables treated with the utmost respect. We are known for delivering anything you can think of to a high standard and like to think that they are all signatures.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
In depth knowledge and understanding of food and communication. We fine tune details to what we think people really want and discuss how to get the best out of the experience we offer.
What do you love most about your job?
Making people feel happy and comfortable with great, genuine hospitality. Bonding with new people over food and experiences.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After doing several catering events with friends, I fell in love with the experience of helping people celebrate with great food and fantastic networking opportunities. I fell in love with cooking because I loved to feed friends and family, private catering helped me get back to that feeling and its even more amazing meeting and cooking for people on a personal level with the same care and affection.
