I was very reluctant to have a cleaner. I have started working full time recently and I really felt this was a priority. Tried having a cleaner many years ago but would clean for the cleaner coming so didn't work out ! Luckily I knew Fiona so felt that she could address this and suit / deliver what I wanted. I would give 6 stars if I could. Fiona saved the day today. We had a meeting arranged but I was let down by my old cleaner today and was desperately needing a clean. She and another lady came and cleaned my house this afternoon for me I cannot say how much I appreciated it. They've made a brilliant job the house is so clean and fresh. I will be using Fiona’s company for sure in the future to manage our property cleans for our Rental properties as the service is reliable, efficient, professional and responsive whilst being competitively priced.
My experience with Fiona’s company stemmed from a personal house move recently where I got completely stressed as the move out day approached with so much still to do. I wanted to ensure the house was in a really clean condition for the person moving in but time was running out to get everything done in time. I contacted Fiona following a recommendation. She responded to my request really quickly and arranged a full house clean that weekend before the Monday move out day. I was so grateful. Her team of cleaners arrived and were so efficient and professional and the house was super clean when they were done.
A great service and one I would definitely recommend to individuals who just want their own house cleaned and to businesses alike.
