Well I explained what I wanted , had a visit so far so good and a quite , then next day a written quote £600 more expensive , I wrote back to query as this is a big hike in price. . no answer no feedback . I am very pleased with the professionalism Fernando had throughout the whole process of putting up my shelves that look wonderful and made a difference in our home.
From start to finish, there was no time wasted, as he worked making the shelves before hand and down to making sure I was in control of the details of what I wanted, he always checked with the work and explained what he was doing to make sure we both were clear of the results and cleaned up after work was completed.
For my own experience he is patient, understanding, direct and very through. He has great passion for what he does and you will see that in the end presentation. I am grateful of his expertise and mindfulness, which showed me, he is not about the money but the assurance of perfection.
Fernando is definitely a positive experience and I am thankful for his skills.
