What do you love most about your job?
I thrive on seeing people achieve their desired level of success and especially being successful at what they are meant to do, at having a good life work balance and at being very happy. I love the flexibility my business offers me. I work maximum 20 hours week. And have plenty of time for family, for creativity and writing on my next book or building the next leadership program.
