What do you love most about your job?
I really enjoyed awkward cable runs. For example crawling around in limited loft space trying to feed a lead through a wall.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been working for other people for a long time and feel i have enough experience to create a successful business. I have a ton of knowledge within the industry and want to pass it on.
Why should our clients choose you?
I ensure i allocate enough time to every customer to ensure the maximum satisfaction is achieved with every install. I am more than happy to spend time with every client to ensure all hardware and software is understood. One of my biggest pet hate is when people disappear too soon on a job.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
I can provide remote training and program changes to services provided once the installation has been complete. CCTV & Burglar Alarms are not suitable to remote installation.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Every engineer has appropriate PPE and follows the guidelines set by the Government to ensure safety not only for the client but also themselves.
