Sarah was always on hand to answer all our questions, no matter how daft. She guided us through every step of the process and stuck with us over the 16 months it took to go from our offer being accepted to the purchase going through (because of probate issues on the part of the seller). She and Kelly were always friendly and helpful, and I really felt that they were always working in our best interests and we were able to trust them completely.
