What do you love most about your job?
The main satisfaction of this trade is liaising with our clients to find out their exact requirements, and fulfilling the task to the best of our knowledge and abilities. 100% of the time our customers are absolutely over the moon with how their vision is made reality.
With the new builds, theres a big thrill for us in seeing the shell of the projects on first fix, and seeing the projects all come together when they’re nearing completion.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My inspiration came from wanting to spend more time and effort on every project. At the start of my career I worked on a firm which dealt with purely social housing, and unfortunately you weren’t able to spend the time to carry out a 5* service due to having so many jobs.
Now, we focus in quality rather than quantity. If the job has over run we’ll never rush, we simply stay to spend the time to get the perfect outcome. Our returning clients always understand if a job over runs because we have an attention to detail that is unmatched and sometimes this takes extra time.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have taken extra precautions when it comes to Covid-19. Before organising projects, we’ll communicate with the client if anyone in the property are vulnerable or have had underlying health issues. We’ll then wear suitable PPE and maintain certain distances and ask if the occupant stays clear of work areas. As Covid has eased, we’ve relaxed slightly but we make sure everyone is still mindful of Covid but we can still work whilst being on a personal level with the owner or tenant of each property.

Whether you want your old system renewing, or a house with no central heating installed and starting from fresh, we have you covered.
Recently completing a project of 6 brand new houses in Ilford with just a gas and water main, we successfully installed Heating and water systems in each plot in a timely manor to a very high standard.
Unvented cylinders
We offer Unvented heating installations which comply with all G3 regulations which we are qualified to do so. We can upgrade your vented gravity system to a mains fed unvented system.
Especially when having loft conversions, we remove all storage tanks and neatly tuck horizontal unvented cylinders in the eaves to maximise space and system efficiency.
Bathroom refurbishments
We carry out complete end to end bathroom refurbishments with a process of: stripping out, first fixing, re boarding, plastering, decorating, tiling, second fixing and silicone sealing.
We go through many different options on a sight visit with our clients and discuss exactly how they want their new bathroom.

Underfloor heating
We have completed many underfloor heating projects and we’re glad to offer it to our new and existing clients to maximise their homes potential and energy efficiency. In new kitchen and dining extensions, theres not always room for radiators, and in our opinion theres no better option than to go for an underfloor heating circuit to warm your kitchen and dining space.
Servicing, maintenance, smart controls
We offer servicing on all of our installed boilers aswell as clients existing appliances. We also have a team of skilled engineers to give an accurate life expectancy of appliances whether to fix or replace. Most of the time when we go to broken down boilers we can fix them the same day. However if the appliance is beyond ‘economical repair’ it can be cheaper in the long run to replace.
We can install all kinds of smart controls including Hive, Nest, Tado, Honeywell and many more to new and existing systems.
Chemical Power Flushing
We believe the key to an energy efficient heating system is all down to the quality of the water inside your radiators and pipework.
We use Flir imaging cameras to investigate if there is sludge/debris within your heating system to determine whether you could do with a flush. On all new boiler and system installations we recommend flushing the system to maintain system quality and manufacturers warranties.
