This company support me with my autism and fibromyalgia, I’m a 47-year-old lady and have had multiple support companies, however, this particular one really does have Care running through its veins, they don’t just come out and do an initial assessment and never contact you again. apart from with a bill, this company actually support you through your whole journey. What do you love most about your job?
Providing a care service to be proud of. I like to be able to genuinely look back on any given day and know I've made a positive impact in someones life. I strive to deliver care and support I'd be happy with a loved one receiving, and that's what I do.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We have supported some individuals for 30 years and have managed to build very strong, trusting relationships with them, their families and their loved ones. Some family members of the people we support enquired whether we could continue to provide care within their home during the evening, overnight and at the weekend. We have therefore adapted the entire service we provide to meet these requests.

Our staff team have a combined experience of over 50 years, delivering high quality care and support which has supported us to become an incredibly well community trusted care provider. We've built long lasting relationships with the people we support, their families and loved ones and are adapting our service to meet the needs of these individuals as per their request. We always look to provide a service that meets the changing needs of each individual we support with a managed balance between professionalism and that personal touch.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All staff are trained to deliver care in line with our Infection control policy, which is designed to meet legislation and ensure the safety of the individual they are supporting and their own. Staff are kept up to date with any changes to; policy, legislation, best practice and procedure during team meetings and supervision and have available to them a staff handbook that outlines these.
Domiciliary Care
Quality care is available as and when you need it, enabling you to live well in comfortable surroundings. Our dedicated team are available to visit anytime of the day or night to provide you with the support you need, working within your chosen timeframe.
All our staff are; DBS checked, trained to manage and administer medication, trained in moving and handling, safeguarding and first aid as standard and undergo regular refresher training to ensure and maintain best techniques.
Live in Services
Our 24 hour support service, delivered by experienced and fully trained staff enables you to live well at home.
