DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Ex 'Inspire Properties Development LTD' - liquidated the company 2 weeks after signing us up, then set this up 4 months later. Built with no insurance! Left us with hot water and heating for 6 weeks. Left the house in a place where it has failed Building Controls as failed to meet building regs. He has done a runner, not completed the works, not done any certification, and then invoiced us for £24k for 'extra work' - all of this were itemised in invoices (to an insolvent company). The works are quote c.£20k to fix. All this with a new born. Don't let it happen to you. More...

How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
Lofts need to be at least 2.4 meters high before they are converted. To check this, get up into your loft with a tape measure, then measure from the top of the ceiling boards all the way up to the peak of the roof.
