if have a damp-proof course to stop damp.
To have floor , wall and loft insulation so for energy efficient.
Make sure Have had all electrics safety tested. and good ventilation
To have been fire-proofed and have escape routes.

Lofts need to be at least 2.4 meters high before they are converted. To check this, get up into your loft with a tape measure, then measure from the top of the ceiling boards all the way up to the peak of the roof.

Structural beams are installed into party walls to form independent timber floor support and front roof elevation with dwarf wall. Or complete roof tiling
