This company is like having members of your own family looking after you but with all the required experience and professional skill. They came into my home and gave my mother all that I could not provide in her final days. I cannot thank them enough and will never forget their care and kindness.

Initially I felt nervous about calling for someone to help in the home but Sonia Ghuman put my mind at rest over the telephone. She arranged with me and came round to my house and we had a thorough discussion of our needs to cover a two night break away for my husband's birthday. My family moved into the house and Sonia came along for those two mornings we were away. We had previously had a great handover of information, she took notes and I felt confident leaving my 85 year old Father in her care. She was reliable , she did what I asked of her and was personable and got on with my family also. I would call upon her in the future should we wish to do a similar thing. We have been very impressed with the service we are receiving for our mother who has dementia.
We feel happy that she is being cared for by caring people who will do the best to meet her every need.

Myself, my brother and sister began caring for our dad two years ago. This year our dad's needs changed, and we had to make the decision to get home care to help meet our dad's needs - this was a very worrying time.
We chose Innovative; they’ve been caring for our dad since the end of July. They’ve been fantastic. We, as a family, feel at ease knowing our dad is cared for well when we’re not there. The carer keeps us informed of any changes or concerns with our dad. Documentation is completed so we, as a family, can see what our dad has eaten and how his feeling on visits, chatty, quiet etc; this is so reassuring to us as a family. Our dad is treated with dignity and respect.
