Want to talk to someone? Booking a counselling session means you can discuss your thoughts and feelings with me (a trained counsellor) in a safe space. My job is to listen to you without judgement or criticism and allow you to explore your emotions in an empathetic environment. And whilst I’m not here to offer advice, I will ask questions so that we can delve deeper and help you find your own solutions.
