We received great service from Curtis and Larissa and will recommend them without hesitation. Buying our first home was quite stressful in such a competitive market. Each Sales Agent was recommending their own Mortgage Agent and we kept moving from Agent to Agent with each property we made an offer on. When we met Curtis, he took time to explain the process with care and understanding, and without trying to convince us to use his services. Would highly recommend. I was recommended to Tom by my son who was extremely happy with the service provided in assisting him with obtaining a mortgage to purchase his first house. We found Tom to be very professional his advice and guidance was very much appreciated. We felt confident that everything was dealt with efficiently, any queries were answered quickly and explained clearly. Emma was a star. We had quite a few issues with our sale and the solicitors. Emma chased on a regular basis and kept us updated. We were due to complete and exchange on the same day, but the solicitor was very reticent as to if this was going to happen on the day. Emma contacted the firm and pushed for them to let me know what was happening, without this I don’t think it would have happened that day and we would have had to wait until the Monday.
