I would have no hesitation in recommending Independent Mortgage & Property Services. I received first class mortgage advise which was totally independent with no prejudice to any lender.
This process was painless and very straight forward and I had a AIP in the matter of a day.
I also sold my house the through Independent Mortgage & Property Services. Once again the staff were very professional and their advise invaluable. They obviously get good coverage in the property market as we had seven viewers in four weeks and the last person bought the house.
In summary I have no complaints with Independent Mortgage & Property Services and would highly recommend them.
