I would have no hesitation in recommending Independent Mortgage & Property Services. I received first class mortgage advise which was totally independent with no prejudice to any lender. This process was painless and very straight forward and I had a AIP in the matter of a day.I also sold my house the through Independent Mortgage & Property Services. Once again the staff were very professional and their advise invaluable. I had previously let from the company before getting a mortgage, the staff were friendly and made my wife and I feel very much at home, thanks to Wendy and Marta for all their help, as for the mortgage, I got advice from David the owner/mortgage advisor, he was extremely helpful, all I had to do was bring in all the relevant informatio/documentation and he did all the spade work for me, I had a decision in principal immediately and within 4 weeks I had the keys to our new home, couldn't have ran any smoother and can't thank you enough for all your help.Martin Shields
