How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
When I first meet potential clients I tell them that my training and coaching is all about getting into the best shape of your life but keeping it off. No fad diets or training regimes which long term can do more damage to your body. I try to find a way of finding foods that are healthy and good for YOUR body. I also aim to find ways of eating which you enjoy. Therefore this makes an eating structure that you find easy to stick to.
How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
As a trainer I turn potential clients away that are looking at quick fixes as I want my client base to be interested in staying healthy and fit longer term.
Quick fixes can work in the short term but lead many people to become yo-yo dieters and their weight/body fat percentage tends to fluctuate massively through the years.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Making sure every aspect of your health is targeted to make sure you achieve your goals.
