We had a fantastic time at 'In the kitchen' Great buzzing atmosphere, very relaxed and fun making the different pastries, and Peter is clearly a great teacher who knows his stuff. It was also lovely that he gave us an element of freedom in choosing our own fillings and cooking in little groups. The meal at the end felt very satsifying. Had a fabulous day cooking with Peter who is patient, encouraging and good company. Relaxed, fun, and with great results to enjoy on the day and to take home. Would thoroughly recommend. What a day! We had such a great day working in Peter' kitchen. I thought I was an experienced home cook but Peter showed me new preparation techniques as well as great new recipes I had never tried before. It was great to all work together to make a meal we could share and having left overs and recipes to take home! Peter is a very good teacher who explained things clearly as well as demonstrating and being very hands on if we needed rescuing! The atmosphere was lovely, wine was a great touch as was unlimited tea and coffee. I'll definitely be booking another class with 'in the kitchen!' More...
