Hazel and the whole team were absolutely amazing, serving up a personalised 4 course Italian meal at our wedding for 100 people. The whole thing felt effortless and well organised, her team of waiting staff were so wonderful, keeping glasses topped up and serving meals with precision. We received many compliments on the food being ‘by far the best wedding meal they had ever eaten’. People were amazed at the quality considering the number of people to be served, and the pork was cooked to perfection. What’s your signature dish?
Slow cooked pork belly cappelletti has always been a huge hit with customers, friends and family alike the little pasta parcels and just heaven tossed in a little butter and sage. Italian cookery at it's finest using the best of what we have here in the Gloucestershire countryside.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Simply we listen. Many of our customers contact us because they've fallen in love with our menu's on the website, but others are looking for a more custom fit for their event. We like to be flexible and let you decide the direction you want to go, after all it's your party!
What do you love most about your job?
I love the reaction from a customer who has really enjoyed the food we've produced for them. When I worked in restaurants we rarely got to see the reaction of sheer delight at what we'd produced, and there's nothing better than that. Us chefs love a pat on the head!
What inspired you to start your own business?
The freedom of travelling after being locked away in a kitchen all the hours under the sun really inspired me to start a business where I could keep doing what I loved but not resent it. I have a young daughter now and I would love to see her grow up which just wouldn't be possible working restaurant hours.
Why should our clients choose you?
If you want food that you can be assured has been prepared using well sourced fresh ingredients, then call us. Before I started my business I worked for other small caterers who thought it was perfectly acceptable to buy in pre-made foods from supermarkets and wholesalers, remove the packaging and charge a premium for doing it. Thats just not what food is about for me!

Drop off dinner
Food is lovingly pre prepared by ourselves, then packaged and dropped off for you to heat and serve yourself when convenient. A great cheaper alternative to a dinner party or a nice treat to welcome your guests too if you are staying away for the weekend.
