How long have you been in business?
I started the business in September 2012, so coming up to 11 years.
What guarantee does your work come with?
Our work comes with a six month guarantee, so if there are any problems at all, we will be there as soon as possible to rectify whatever it might be.
What do you love most about your job?
I work with some excellent professional builders, electricians, plumbers and floor covering fitters and I have worked with some of them from first starting up my business coming up to 11 years ago. They make the whole process so much more enjoyable and the best thing for me is delivering a property back to the client that has been professionally refurbished to a very high standard and with minimum inconvenience.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I had a very bad experience with some tenants at one of my own properties 13 years ago and as a result, the whole flat needed refurbishing. Many landlords in the block live abroad, so by offering an all-in-one package to landlords (or homeowners), it removes the inconvenience of employing a cross-section of different trades from the property owner. We hand keys back with properties ready to let (including carpets, lampshades, curtains, blinds and furniture if required).
Why should our clients choose you?
We offer a very professional, reliable service to property owners and have repeat business from certain landlords (we recently completed our fifth full refurbishment for a client in Richmond), which says a lot.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
When it was required, all workers or anyone visiting a client’s property would be wearing face masks and gloves and keeping a safe distance away from our clients.
Property Refurbishments
We carry out complete and partial refurbishments to residential properties from 1 bed flats to 6 bed houses all over South West London.
As a rule, this generally includes supplying and fitting new kitchens, bathrooms, re-wiring, plumbing, painting and decorating and new floor coverings.
