You DID NOT SACRIFICE as per amending the cleaning date, despite me begging that the move in was changed to the 1st of july and explaining your fixing of errors will only take an hour max. I was so hurt
From the beginning i found your companys work ethos strange. Your company initially wanted £200 and the lovely lady i spoke to {Younis) said we should pay all upfront. I said we will give half and pay the rest when job is done to be on safe side., she said she will inform the manager, but she never did. We still paid. I have payment receipts with dates to compare what you have said. The next day i got a phone call that the flat was too dirty and you need 7 hours to do the job. At the time we had the move in for next day. We had to change move in to 1st july to suit your time for 7 hours
You then asked for £400 i negotiated to 350. I got a dozen phone calls even before the job was finished, because the owner hadnt paid the 50 balance .
When i called to complain i did because of the photos the tenant- to -be sent about the cleaning errors . I WAS NOT RUDE. i was firm ! Explaining That your company needed to go back. By afternoon YOU BLOCKED MY NUMBER FROM your 01483.... number. I had to use another number to call before getting you. You shouted and told me they werent going back cos i was rude and you dropped phone on me ,how come you didnt write all that ?
I then called back crying as i was so hurt and in shock. I explained you should go back as we changed the move in date to suit the cleaning time you wanted. You pretended you wanted to help.which i know you should have sacrificed an hour for if you really wanted to help. Especially when i told you the move in date of 1st. You said your company was very busy and can only go on the 3rd. You knew what you were doing.
You need to be more caring to your customers and dont let money be the only thing you initially fight for.
£350 to clean a 2 bed flat that was empty was something you should have gone back for . At the end of the day you will do it for someone else and they will take it more serious wth you.
Perhaps going for some people/customer handling course will help calm your anger down. I had to pay another cleaner to rectify errors. I have all photos
No matter how you cover your character, it will show eventually. Its like a smoke and you see. What you sow in life you will reap .

Dear Ade, We had refused the job for £200 when we saw the condition of the property. We left and provided you the amount if we were to do the cleaning based on the property's condition. You came back to us, and you asked us to proceed with the cleaning, and in return this is how we were treated. The reason why we are leaving a trail in answering your reviews- is to defend our company from false claims. We respect your opinion, however, there's always two sides to the story. You paid 2 days after the job was completed- you can check the receipts and confirm this. The agreement was you should have paid on the day in full not 2 days after. This is also the reason why our company will be strict with payment terms- you only paid us the rest of the amount bcoz you needed the certificate to show your new tenants that the property was professionally cleaned. However, you had no intention of paying the rest of the amount. You rushed us to issue you the certificate even if you had not paid in full yet, and eventually you had no choice but to pay the balance. However, before this you were not cooperating with us and even yelled at one of our team who called you to collect the payent. There was only minor errors on the cleaning no major issues you even provided us with photos showing those minor concerns and we went through all of this educating you that most of your claims were not part of the checklist. Even if the reclean was not part of your service, we eventually offered you a reclean which you declined bcoz you want us to be there immediately- this was impossible for us which we explained. We had prescheduled appointments. You will not ask us to return if our job was poor. You were willing to pay a different company for the minor errors which were not part of our service but you were not willing to pay us in full amount upon completion. You threatened us several times leaving this bad reviews- and this is the main reason why we need to defend our company. Even if you treated our team poorly we hope you were JUST. We still wish you all the best!

Dear Ade, our company would like to respond on your claims towards our service. Pls be reminded that the reason why we asked you to pay £400 was bcoz you know very well that your property was in uninhabitable and toxic condition- you never told this to us when you were booking the job. You even gave us a very difficult time chasing your payment which was very unprofessional of you, and it took us days and many calls to your mobile just so you could complete the transfer of the remaining balance. We offered you a reclean of a very minor issue despite the fact that the job was only a one-time-clean. Our cleaners worked very hard in an affordable price- just to turn your place to a livable condition bcoz you said you are running a business and a new tenant is moving in you even cried begging our help and we helped you even if you were so rude to us.
