Imogen is a wonderful yoga teacher who creates a beautiful, safe environment to practice with her calming and friendly aura. She has tailored each session for how I feel at the time which has enabled me to experience more elements of yoga than I imagined, which has been an amazing experience. As a complete novice to yoga, the whole process was initially quite intimidating and much more complex than I envisioned. Imogen was the perfect coach . Understanding, and even clarifying in my mind, what the ultimate objective was; being very very patient and adapting the classes to what I was ultimately comfortable with and making sure I was able to get the most out of them.
Absolutely recommend Imogen to anyone looking to take up something that I now find very enjoyable.

Imogen has been a pleasure to learn yoga from. She has a friendly, caring, and accommodating personality and ensures that the practice is tailored to my individual needs and goals. It is evident that her knowledge of yoga runs deep, and she is able to gently guide me through every posture and position, pausing at any point that requires correction. She also goes above and beyond what she teaches during our private sessions, by sending additional material via email and thinking through pre/post stretches and warm-up routines. I knew I wanted to work with Imogen immediately because she demonstrated extraordinary care and compassion from her first message. Every session was carefully shaped around my needs and her understanding of the holistic practice of Yoga was inspiring. I find Imogen a joy to work with. I had my first ever Yoga class with her and absolutely loved it! I’ve been taking private lessons with Imogen for the last year. I’ve played sports my whole life which has meant that I’ve been through a lot of injuries and picked up a lot of bad habits (not stretching! ). Since working with Imogen, I’ve been able to relieve a lot of back and knee pain and also play more football and tennis without injuries recurring (and I’m not getting any younger).

The private classes are always engaging and it is clear that Imogen takes a lot of care and attention prior to starting classes. The sessions are both challenging and focused on the areas that you most want to work on, whilst also being fun.

It has drastically improved my life during lockdown and it has prolonged my ability to continue my sports later in life.

I really care about people as individuals and watching their practice and confidence grow.

Private yoga allows me to deliver bespoke services tailored to the person, achieving optimal results and greater impact.

I've had the pleasure of building team relationships with classes for major corporations including Sky, Better Libraries, Brownies, Worldpay FIS and Coppafeel.

Further, I teach for Londons top luxury yoga and fitness studios including Triyoga and Digme Fitness, building and supporting communities of people week-to-week. Here I have also had the pleasure of representing Triyoga by leading a large group class of 80+ at Balance Festival. Nothing beats the energy of such a large group coming together to move, breath and practice together.

Your personal goals and needs are my highest priority, these will be met with classes that are fun, engaging and challenging yet still accessible to you.

My interest in anatomical principles and many hours of training ensure that the tradition of the practice is upheld, with progressive and current standards of modern movement.

And finally, music is of importance to me - I mix my own playlists using professional DJ software, so you will be taken on a sound journey tailored perfectly to the practice to energise, lift and calm you down at all the right moments.

You will move away from a place of low energy and tension, to a place of serenity and ease!

Yes! Classes are available to take online via Zoom - from the comfort of your own home.

In cases of disruption to service I will do everything in my power to operate the service where it is safe to do so.

Should in-person classes become unavailable due to government restrictions, classes will be taken online via Zoom. Where in-person classes remain available for access, there will be safety measures in place.

Private yoga sessions offer a deeper and more layered experience to yoga practice. Tailored towards your availability, goals and lifestyle, our classes ​will transform your practice with a more dynamic and structured approach focussed to your needs.

Your bespoke programme draws influence from the following styles:

• Vinyasa, Power Yoga and Rocket Yoga (active, warming and sweaty to diminish fatigue and build strength, flexibility and self confidence.)

• Yin (slow, meditative, deep stretch to alleviate stiff joints and their connective tissues to reduce pain and improve mobility.)

• Mindful Meditation (slow down the mind to manage stress, become more calm and boost effectiveness.)

• Restorative (resting with the support of props; calming the nervous system to aid injury recovery and find deep rest.)
