Great place to train. The instructors have got a great deal of experience and are amazing teachers. They are insightful and creative when it comes to training exercises for both developing technique and improving fitness.

I would not go anywhere else in the UK let alone Slough to be trained in Martial Arts. Why? because these guys really do care. I've been going now for about 8 months in total now (with a bit of a gap when my son arrived). It's one of the most welcoming places I've been too. Im finding the classes great for personal fitness, leaning a new skill as well as mental clarity and confidence.
