Iliyan got in touch regarding our request for a terrace balcony and gate pretty much straight away. He was able to send us images of his work via WhatsApp and understood exactly what we needed. Iliyan turned up to our property to to tale measurments and see the site physically. Iliyan sent us an impressive drawing of the plan with detailed measurements. Once we were happy with the plan, we arranged a date and time for the installation. During that time, Iliyan kept us up to date with fabrication by sending us pictures. Iliyan arrived on time and installed our balcony within 6 hours which was amazing. iliyan and his colleague were very professional, hard working and did a fantastic job.
