Very disappointed experience.. One of my cousin got house from them and contract with them for 6 months but they rises their rent every months with a huge amount amid looking that he is a student here its very shameful and disappointed for us with them.

Imogen and the team are pure legends. Before moving the Lincoln, I obviously jumped on google to see the crack with properties and the most prevalent business seemed to be properties on the market. Not going to make this review about them, but they absolutely sucked in every single way possible and made the service Pridea delivered stand out all the more. I needed a larger desk for work, which they provided. Had some issues with the washing machines - someone come out the same/following day to fix it. My first time moving in my own place and the experience was awful I felt the agent I was with cared more about getting as much money as possible out of me than making sure it was ideal after I moved in I was constantly harassed and every week or so I got a call about a new thing needed for the let alliance plan which should have been sorted before I was handed the keys aswell as unlawful inspections and maintenance (I wasn’t notified one was happening yet it did) just all round terrible

I never had any problems with pridea and they were always on hand to sort anything out via email, phone call or even if you dropped in to premises.
