HiI just ended up tenancy with Adrian.Not coz i wanted it but we needed to get a bigger property as we have a little one on board now. Having Adrian as a landlord was a pleasure in it's purest.During tenancy i can't remember to have any problems with as we simply had none with him.When our fridge freezer broke down we had next one on the next day in the property.Any property issues i had in the property been dealt with straight away.There was no unexpected visits and always had at least 24h notice about anyone like gas inspection services beeing booked in for our property.Most of the easy going landlord i had a pleasure dealing with.I had to give Adrian a 2 months notice prior to moving out but even then he proved he is good as gold.I found i really nice property but it was ready to move in almost immidietly so i asked Adrian can we do something about it and guess what...?He allow me do only 1 month notice for him when contract was clearly stating 2 months notice.He came up to the property next day and property was on the market in notime.I really regret that we had to leave coz he is a real deal.Thanks again for everything mate.Good luck and wish you all the best! I've been a property developer for almost 25 years now and have always used agents to find tenants for me. I have found most of the larger National agents tend to just go through the motions of trying to get a tenant and i have been left with some real problems.
