Oven Cleaning
I anticipated the oven would be professionally cleaned, by taking trays etc out to a van where whatever process used took place.
Instead the person used my kitchen and scrubbed the oven with what I could have bought at a shop. They didnt clean the door, stated the tray at the bottom wouldn't be cleaned. Left kitchen a mess which I then had to clean up.
Person had no PPE, was coughing and spluttering over my kitchen and looked unwell.
The oven is cleaner, but not clean.
I am not satisfied.

Samantha that is certainly not how we normally do oven cleans. Every van has its own dipping tank and all racks etc should be put in and cleaned. I am rhe business owner and I will call you this afternoon to arrange to personally come out and resolve this ASAP. I have spoken to the cleaner who attended and action has been taken. I called Samantha to arrange to go back and resolve as soon as possible, but was informed that due to the new covod restrictions she didn't want any further people into the house and it was fine to leave it was it was.

Best ever. I have had rug doctor twice and used my bissel but today I am changed. ruined up to the max with my boy dog who still isn't good but I couldn't remove the smell. hours and hours washing it more into the underlay. an hour and half and Walah! my carpets are clean, fresh and dry already. he was done for 10.30. Excellent service I would be more than happy to have them again and the price was so cheap as well. Absolutely brilliant company!!! More...
