What do you love most about your job?
Helping people discover their own strengths and watching them develop and shine will never get boring. I am naturally curious and love to get to know what inspires people.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started my first business- a marketing agency - when I was 27 years old and my 2nd a few months later. Since then I have created and developed many more for myself and others.
If I can inspire others and help facilitate their success I come home happy at the end of the week.

I listen! Active listening is a skill that many find difficult.
When I leave my clients have sufficient knowledge and tools to thrive without me.
I have many years experience that I can call upon but each person and project is different and I work hard to understand individual needs and abilities.
