Great place if you want planning for your extension, refurbishment, or new build. They have a very high success rate (thanks to their years of experience), and after planning is achieved, they will give a very detailed structural and building regulations pack. (The builders and building control officers had nothing but great things to say about it).The staff here will assist you throughout the entire process and give you the best advice and high quality drawings. As someone new to this and unsure how this entire process works, this was reassuring.Usually clients feel like a number at many firms, but here I felt like they really cared about my project and it made me feel a lot better. Having delt with a few firms in the past, this one was the most hands on, helpful, and informative. We met with the owner who gave us all the necessary information about our build, and warned us of potential problems (surprising because none of the other people I had contacted had noticed them! )Myself and my wife had made numerous changes to the plans during the process and he was happy to accommodate them.
