Freedom and looking around properties. I love diagnosing defects and finding solutions to them.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We will wear masks on surveys, regularly sanitise our hands and wear gloves and protective shoe covers.
Plan drawing
We can offer initial advice/thoughts and discussion about your project for free, often we can use information found on the internet to give you a good idea of what is possible.
We can offer hand ink and CAD drawings for planning and building control for both domestic and commercial projects. If you need a little extra help we can help you with the planning and/or building regulation application and the tendering process, selecting a builder, project supervision and sign off.
Building Regulations
We can help you get building regulations sign off by helping with your application.
We can do the building regulations through one of our trusted partners.
Planning
We can help get your application through planning as well as drawing your plans.
We have several contacts for bat surveys, ecology, geotechnical surveys etc.
Party Wall
We can act for you if you are having work done or if you have received a notice from your neighbour. We can act for both parties offering impartial advice and help guide you through the hurdles.
Initial advice and first notice is free, if your neighbours consent then there will be no more fees to pay.
Home Buyer Surveys
We offer RICS and RPSA reports and rather than detailing off the shelf products we will tailor them to your needs. We have extensive experience in planning and building regulations which sets us apart from many other practises so if you are planning future works then please let us know and we can advise on that too.
Full Building/Structural Survey
We offer RICS and RPSA surveys at the highest level which will look at the structure of the building and referencing BRE Digest 251 for assessing cracks in buildings.
If you have spotted a crack on your viewing or this has been picked up by the valuation surveyor then this is the survey for you.
Snagging Survey
Are you buying a new build house? Despite all the recent approvals and warranty products new builds still have defects, don't be caught out and make sure your new home is right from the moment you move in.
Tendering
We can help you price for jobs as well as providing a schedule of works for builders to price against to ensure you are getting like for like quotes and can make an informed choice.

We offer commercial surveys, with our extensive knowledge of commercial buildings we are ideally placed to check out your new business premises.

We can offer schedules of dilapidations for when you are exiting a lease.
