We have worked with Neil Pearman for a second time in two years and both interactions were extremely positive. This time our morgage term was ending and we had to remortgage. If I could give 0 stars, I would. (TLDR, appointment booked, told going ahead, 2 hours before of appointment then told cancelled). I emailed the company, asking for an appointment In the Milton Keynes area, told that the relevant person is on maternity leave and offered a video call with someone else from a different branch. I pushed for an in person meeting, was offered to see Mark in the Bedford branch instead. I accepted and on the 11th of March everything was confirmed and I was told that Mark would contact me to confirm via phone. The appointment was for 21st March at 14:30. On the 20th, I still had heard nothing, I emailed in and was told that Mark was out of the office but the appointment still stood and Mark would confirm ASAP the morning of the appointment on the 21st. 12:07 on the day of the appointment I received an email saying Mark is leaving the company and the appointment will not go ahead and there is no one else to see for the whole of the MK/Bedford region and again offered a virtual call instead. I used a day's annual leave for work for this, as did my partner and the service we have received is absolutely appalling. I will not be pursuing any business with this company. More...

Ian went above and beyond, he was so helpful from start to finish , always helping us with whatever he could , and answered all of our questions at all times, if he was ever busy he would still make sure you were okay and got back to you as soon as he was free, really reliable .
