We always bring our own equipment and supplies, our employees are trained to use the products we supply which we have selected especially for their efficiency in different cleaning tasks.
We also feel ( especially in domestic cleaning) that it takes the hassle away from worrying about what supplies we may need, whether the hoover is suitable etc. Instead they can just expect a clean home or business by just picking up the phone.

I love the satisfaction of walking away from a property having left it spotlessly clean and knowing that the work was a good standard.

What is even better is when we do extras customers were not expecting and have them call us thrilled with what we have achieved for them.

I think I thrive off the praise and feedback I get from clients when they are happy with our services.

I have always worked in cleaning, I think I get satisfaction out of leaving a room perfectly in order after servicing it.
Working for other businesses I found that when I did more to make clients happy it wasn't ever recognised. Working for larger companies I found the customer care to be very regimented without looking at each individual situation I felt that I started to adapt their stiff methods by adding personal touches. Obviously that is not an ideal situation when working to the practices of another business...it didn't work very well!
